If you can click the three dots in the upper left corner of the preview box, it should give you an option to &quot;hide my preview.&quot; That will eliminate your preview so you don&#039;t have to use a post-it. 

I totally agree with you. Turning off the preview has really made tele-sessions much more engaging and less challenging.]]></description>

I&#039;ve known these past few weeks that I didn&#039;t at all like that little box with that little me in it, but hadn&#039;t realized just how conscious I was of it and just how distracting it was in session.
